At Lathom High School we value the links we have with our Primary Schools and provide a programme of activities aimed at enriching their learning and to get them thinking about transition to high school.
Focussing primarily on Year 5, students are invited to take part in fun and stimulating workshops throughout the year, often staying for lunch and playtime. Schools are then invited to take part in a Year 5 taster day. Taster days bring all our feeder school Year 5's together for a full day of learning. The children have the opportunity to see what it's like to move to different classrooms for their lessons, eat in the dining hall and mix with other children from different schools.
If you would like your school to become part of our primary links programme, please email [email protected]
